Here we are! Let's all use DW for a while and then go back to Facebook because that's where everyone else is. Facebook really sucks a lot, so I'm a joiner every time there's a whiff of "Let's use LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE."

Is there a DW community for Minicon or MnStf? Who moderates those?

Yes, there are Minicon & Minn-StF communities - check my profile for pointers. I'm one of the admins for both of them.

Yeah, no activity on one of those communities *ever,* and no activity in the other for over a year. I understand that our resources are thin, I don't think it's worth it to revive. Thanks for the info.
