Of beer and Ninjas

spiderplanetI'm sure you'll all be very relieved to know that the Ninja turned up. Kali had been batting her about the living room.
The green mouse also turned up, which is probably her favorite toy.
There will be more beer brewing today. This time, it's going to be a Cream Stout.
As you may recall, the Grand Cru was a bit over carbonated.
It's the result of not fermenting in the secondary bucket enough, and fermenting in the bottle too much. Lessons have been learned.
The Nut Brown Ale has turned out well though, and has an appropriate amount of carbonation. It's also delicious.
Now it the time on Sprockets when we start the brewing process.
